Coordinate a "Four-Season Festival" Format with the following:
Spring: A Time for New Beginnings
Summer: A Time for Ohana (family)
Autumn: A Time for Harvest and Thanksgiving
Winter: A Time for Remembrances and Honors
These festivals can be the "centerpieces" for community events, giving the various community groups to have opportunities for fundraising efforts.
Establishing a Recording Studio to capture homegrown talent to also service health, educational and research needs for documentation. The formats could include compact discs for both audio and visual approaches which can incorporate the establishment of a TV Satellite Station.
